obsessions with male cartoon characters?

I am not, and never have been, an anime person. I’m not the type to draw pictures and write fanfics about anyone or anything.
However.
I frequently find myself EXTREMELY attracted to guys who don’t exist- ie. cartoon characters. I swoon frequently over Terry McGinnis (Batman Beyond) or Gene Starwind (Outlaw Star). When I was younger, Dimitri of “Anastasia” drove me nuts.
Is something wrong with me? Am I normal?

lol, don’t even worry about it. Especially with Dimitri, one of my friends always thought he was extremely hot and she wasn’t the type of person to like cartoon guys. Lots of girls think cartoon guys are hot and it doesn’t affect their lives negatively or anything. I mean, its a completely different situation if you aren’t attracted to living breathing men at all and purely only cartoon characters, but honestly I haven’t met a girl yet who was like that.

Don’t worry about it, have fun with it ^_^ Its silly and geeky, but who cares?
